Operations Accounting Management Inventory Integration

IM Inventory Management The AlarmKey inventory management module is one that makes distribution software packages pale in comparison. All inventory items have the ability to be tracked by jobs, purchase orders, and vendors. In addition, you will always have a live count of the amount of items on your trucks and warehouses.   WP Work Orders to Purchase Orders link The Work Order to Purchase Order link in AlarmKey gives you tracking of all your parts as they relate to each job. The link allows you to track how many parts are received for a particular job. When you receive parts, you can receive partially and the receipts that will always maintain the original work order number for which they were ordered.   PO Purchase Order The AlarmKey Purchase Order module allows you to create orders and receive parts. You have the ability to choose default vendors per each item and even have the option to assign alternate vendors, substitute items, and multiple levels of pricing.   SI Substitute Items The Substitute Items granule allows you to assign substitute items for all parts. This allows for easier processing of work orders and jobs.   AV Multiple Vendors for Inventory You never have to rely on one vendor for all your parts. The multiple vendors for Inventory granule allows you to choose an unlimited amount of additional vendors for items.   BM Kitting/Bill of Materials So that you don’t have to enter the same parts repeatedly for kits or bill of materials that you’re selling; all proposals allow you to create a Bill of Materials to sell.   PI Physical Inventory You have the ability to run physical inventory through AlarmKey. Physical process usually takes up a long time and several hours. With AlarmKey, you are able to properly manage your physical inventory. The process even accounts for all transactions and price changes that took place while your physical process continues.   EM Email You can e-mail customers, technicians, and vendors directly through the AlarmKey e-mail module. You can also update internal Notes through this feature, creating a history of communication.
